• Perform scheduled and emergency service on small‑to‑large UPS, Power Distribution Units and other power products (up to 120
  
  KVA)
• Install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain power products with on‑the‑job training
• Work independently or under direct supervision based on training completion
• Provide on‑site and phone assistance to customers
• Communicate technical or procedural issues with Technical Support
• Implement Field Change Notices and keep current on safety bulletins and service tips

• ASEET or AMEET certification preferred or progress toward certification
• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field
• 2+ years relevant industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize technical tasks with administrative duties
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Vertiv software and general PC applications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and work flexible schedules

• Frequent travel, weekends, evenings and holidays
• Must consistently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must pass drug test, pre‑employment background check and motor vehicle records check
