* Delivering 4-H youth development programs through clubs, schools, camps, after school programs, and special interest programs
* Supporting and training volunteers in curriculum delivery, program expectations, and youth development best practices
* Providing direct education to adults and community members in areas such as workforce readiness, mental health education, health and wellness, and other identified community needs
* Building and maintaining partnerships with schools, agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations
* Promoting and recruiting for Extension programs through outreach, events, and community engagement
* Collecting and reporting program data (attendance, evaluations, outcomes) in alignment with university, state, and federal guidelines
* Preparing instructional materials and coordinating program logistics, including supplies, room set-up, and site coordination
* Representing Extension in the community through meetings, events, and collaborative initiatives
* Participating in professional development and supporting special projects and countywide initiatives as needed
* This position requires graduation from high school or equivalent education and three (3) years of relevant work experience in areas such as agriculture, horticulture, community development, health and nutrition, human and family development, and natural resources in urban and rural areas;

* ** An equivalent combination of education and experience as described above
* Experience working with youth programs (4-H, after school, camps, mentoring, etc.)
* Experience delivering adult education, workforce development, or community-based programming
* Experience providing instruction, training, or educational programming to youth and/or adults
* Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in community settings
* Candidates with experience working with, supervising, and/or training volunteers are encouraged to apply.
