Overview
Join a rapidly expanding, physician-owned retina practice in Las Vegas dedicated to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities- Maintain a flexible schedule: 4 clinic days and 1 surgical day weekly, with minimal travel and no hospital call.
- Work in person in Las Vegas; travel up to 25% may be needed for certain cases.
- Leverage virtual assistants and AI to reduce documentation burdens as part of daily practice.
- Board certification or eligibility, with fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery.
- Relocation to Las Vegas required prior to starting.
- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and competitive compensation of $400K–$450K/year.
