Compensation: $45-$60 per hour, based on experience

• Time to Care: We are strictly quality-focused. We schedule 60 minutes for standard adult prophy appointments because we believe you shouldn t have to rush through a relationship.
• A Smoother Workflow: Most of our new-patient exams take place in the doctor s chair before they are scheduled with you. This allows you to focus on what you do best from the very first hygiene visit.
• Cutting-Edge Tech: We invest in the best tools and technology to ensure a superior patient experience and to make your clinical work more effective and ergonomic.
• Mentorship & Growth: Whether you have 20 years of experience or are a recent grad, we are here to support you. We love training and "molding" providers to fit our unique culture of leadership and care.

• A licensed RDH in Nevada (or in the process of getting licensed)
• Someone who views the dental chair as a place for connection and education
• A lifelong learner who is excited about using modern dental technology
• A team player who wants to be part of a practice that feels like a community

• Valid NV RDH License
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
