Position HighlightsJoin our elite oral surgery practice as a Treatment Coordinator, a role vital in providing exceptional patient care. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient payments. Additionally, you will manage the doctor's schedule and handle many communications with patients and referring offices.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members via phone, in person, or electronically.
- Update and maintain accurate patient insurance information and collect payments from patients professionally and efficiently.
- Optimize the doctor's schedule and prioritize tasks according to the patient schedule to ensure effective time management.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Understand doctor treatment recommendations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and communicate treatment options and associated costs clearly to patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
