We are seeking a part-time Orthodontist to join a well-established, high-demand private dental group in Reno, Nevada
. This is an excellent opportunity for an Orthodontist looking for a predictable, recurring schedule with clear growth potential as patient volume continues to expand.

You’ll step into an existing orthodontic patient base with strong internal referrals and the infrastructure in place to grow days over time.

• Orthodontist: ~4–5 days per month initially

• Opportunity to add additional days with growth

• Established orthodontic demand supported by internal referrals

• 1099 Independent Contractor structure

$10,000 total sign-on bonus
, structured as:

• $5,000 after 90 days

• $5,000 at 12-month renewal

• Strong internal referrals from General Dentistry and Pediatric Dentistry

• Existing orthodontic case volume — not a startup or scratch program

• Ideal for Orthodontists seeking a consistent monthly schedule

• Excellent fit for clinicians balancing multiple locations or fly-in work

• Clear opportunity to increase days as the ortho program expands

• 1099 Independent Contractor role

• Full clinical autonomy with experienced operational and clinical support

• Efficient scheduling and trained support staff to maximize chair time

• Bracket orthodontics supported across the group

• Infrastructure in place to scale orthodontic services with demand

• Fly-in candidates are welcome

• Travel expenses are not reimbursed at this time

• Travel support may be revisited as volume and scheduling needs evolve

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school

• Completed Orthodontic residency

• Active (or eligible) Nevada dental license

• Patient-centered, collaborative approach to care
