Job Expectations, including but not limited to:

• Checking in and and checking out patients - Greeting patient with a smile!
• Answering the phone, support in scheduling both doctor and hygiene schedules
• Patient engagement and resolution when it comes to billing questions
• Some treatment presentation, creation of accurate financial arrangements
• Insurance verification
• Support in filling holes in the schedule
• Collecting over the counter patient balances and co-payments

Two or more years of experience in the dental field required.
