This Service Excellence Agent is responsible for monitoring inquiries via and social media platforms, as well as performing proactive outreach, to provide timely and personalized responses to service opportunities and requests.
Duties:
Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy, efficiency and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Support guest services by collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive work environment.
Monitor and respond to online inquiries through and social media platforms.
Perform Front Desk Agent responsibilities as needed, including handling due outs and preparing guest packets.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Two or more years of customer service experience, in a hospitality or service-focused environment.
Prior experience in telephone communication, office settings and computer systems.
Must be a dependable team player, organized, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Strong public relations and communication skills.
