Position Overview

This position's responsibilities will include answering customer questions regarding titles, processing any titles requests such as release, transfers, titles errors, etc. as well as providing effective customer service.

Essential Job Functions

• Answer incoming title phone calls and emails providing effective customer service by answering customer questions, researching title issues and following up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records for booked loans pending lien release and/or lien placement. Accurately complete requests to release titles.
• Process title transfers and transport letters.
• Process substitution of collateral.
• Request duplicate titles.
• Process and maintain pay off reports and missing titles report.
• Process title errors and VIN corrections.
• Maintain knowledge of current DMV laws and regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which vehicles are processed.
• Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location Details

This position is considered an onsite role. With management approval, an incumbent may work a combination of remote and onsite work to perform the regular responsibilities of the role. Actual schedule requirements may vary based upon business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $18.10-$22.50
