POSITION SUMMARY
The Parking Attendant is primarily responsible for assisting customers with self-parking and traffic control on gamedays. If you love being outside and interacting with people this position is perfect for you!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greet guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor, creating a welcoming first impression
• Inform guests of the clear bag policy and assist with selling approved clear bags to ensure compliance
• Scan prepaid parking passes and process cashless payments efficiently
• Direct guests to open parking spaces in the surface lot and parking garage
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain safe and organized traffic flow
• Assist guests by providing directions, answering questions, or escorting them to their vehicles
• Help guests enter and exit parking lots safely
• Act as a deterrent for potential incidents in and around the perimeter of the ballpark
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High energy, self-starter, attention to detail
• Must be able to take direction and effectively follow instructions
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to remain calm and have good customer service
• Completion of a satisfactory background check

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work in fast-paced environment
• Majority of work is conducted outdoors
• Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
• Ability to walk briskly or run as the position requires
