A hospitality service provider is seeking a Reservation Agent to manage guest bookings and assist with inquiries at their Reno location. Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service skills and at least 2 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include booking and modifying reservations, providing information about hotel services, and assisting guests with various requests. A High School Diploma is required, with preference given to those with a college degree.

Flexibility for occasional off-hour work is essential.
