• Assist customers with calls related to reservations and equipment management
• Support field team members and U‑Haul dealerships with equipment placement based on customer demand
• Review reports to ensure accurate equipment availability and customer reservations
• Help manage the Company’s U‑Box portable storage product
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to appropriate areas to balance regional inventory levels

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing demands

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with reservation systems or inventory management
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of the moving and storage industry
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
