WhatYou'll Do
- Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions.
- Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions.
- Learning and growing through training opportunities—including potential cross-training in new accounts.
- Other duties as assigned
- Who has at least six months of customer service —banking experience is a plus!
- Is comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions.
- Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers.
- Has strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Is able to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Ability to take positive and constructive criticism and apply it to the job.
- Is eager to learn and grow in the banking industry.
You’ll be working in a comfortable, climate-controlled office with a great team and a collaborative atmosphere. While it’s mostly a counter type desk job, there’s a lot of movement involved to keep things interesting!
Here’s what you can expect:- You’ll spend a good part of your day standing and working at a computer, helping customers, and handling transactions.
- Occasionally, you’ll sit, walk, reach, or even crouch (though we promise, not too much crouching!).
- From time to time, you may need to lift or move up to 30 pounds—nothing too heavy, but just enough to keep you on your toes.
- You’ll need to be comfortable using office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers.
- Reliability is key—we count on our team to be punctual and present.
- In rare cases, you may need to work extended hours or travel off-site.
- If there’s an emergency, you should be able to navigate outside safely.
- We also want to make sure you can see all the important details! This role requires close and distance vision, color recognition, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. We offer an extensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Coverage is available to employees and their eligible dependents in accordance with our written plan documents. You may also be eligible for a health savings account option, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a health rewards program, a retirement savings plan, including 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans, short and long-term disability benefits, education and training benefits, and discounts on banking products and services.
We also offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plan and paid holidays. PTO accruals begin at .0745 per hour worked for our part time employees up to a maximum accrual of 240 hours per year for certain Full-Time employees. PTO accruals are dependent on position, status (Full time or Part time), and years of experience in accordance with our PTO policy.
