Commercial Superintendent $110K-$140K – Reno, NV

Elite Sourcing is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to join a growing construction team in Reno, NV. This role involves managing projects of all sizes, with a focus on self-performing work in the commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in earthwork, demolition, utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete, overseeing the entire lifecycle of excavation and site preparation.

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of excavation and site preparation projects, from evaluation and planning through to execution and completion.
• Lead and manage teams performing self-performed work in earthworks, demolition, underground utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards, meeting project specifications and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and costs.

• Proven experience as a superintendent in the commercial, industrial, and heavy civil sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of earthwork, demolition, utilities, site concrete, and structural concrete.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

• Competitive salary $110k to $140k DOE
