This is a full-time, on-site position located in Reno, NV, for a Safety Professional. The Safety Professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety programs, conducting safety trainings, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting thorough accident investigations, identifying potential hazards, and recommending improvements to minimize risks. Collaborating with team members to create a safe work environment is also a key aspect of this role.

• Expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management
• Experience in Safety Training and Accident Investigation to enhance safety protocols
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead safety initiatives and collaborate with project teams
• Relevant certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA Certification or similar) are highly preferred
• Prior related experience in construction or a similar industry is a plus
