* Job Summary:

* We are seeking a Senior Civil Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team to develop accurate project estimates, budgets and schedules that align with our mission of delivering high-quality construction services. You must have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The goal is to provide our clients with accurate and timely information that will help them get the best possible value from our services and for their projects*.
* * Responsibilities:
* * Research and understand all aspects of the requirements of the project at hand; visit sites to gather essential information and work with contacts in the industry to develop the most thorough approach to estimating

* Communicate with clients of all experience and construction knowledge levels from a new business leader to a seasoned real estate developer by developing estimates, schedules, variance reports, life cycle cost analysis, scopes of work, qualifications and exclusions, value engineering, reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties

* Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, economic events, local politics and real estate development.

* Utilize estimating software:
Heavy Bid and Bluebeam effectively.

* Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.

* Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to maintain budget compliance on future project.

* Provide support during contract negotiations and bid submissions.

* Qualifications:

* * Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in a senior role.

* Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Heavy Bid, Bluebeam).

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

* Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

* Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including plans, specifications and geotechnical reports.

* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

* Excellent negotiation skills with subcontractors and vendors.

* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. xrlwcon

* OSHA 10/30 certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $ per year
