Typical Job Duties Include:

• Testing and inspection of construction materials such as soils, concrete, masonry, and hot mix asphalt, for quality control/quality assurance in a laboratory setting as well as on construction job sites
• Discussion of test results with client's on-site representative
• Preparation of daily reports on WT project specific activities

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 30 to 50 lbs. and 80 lbs. periodically
• Strong communication and detailed writing skills
• Basic math and writing skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player
• Capable of working independently
• Availability to work irregular hours and on weekends
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening

Required and Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous construction materials testing experience required
• Current ATTI, ICC, and/or ACI certifications or equivalents preferred not required.

• ACI - American Concrete Institute
• ICC - International Code Council
• CWI
  - Certified Welding Inspector
• NICET
  - National Institution for Certification in Engineering Technologies
• ATTI - Arizona Technical Testing Institute
