- 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
- Strong understanding of core business topics (management, strategy, operations, finance basics)
- Experience in reviewing structured content and providing detailed feedback
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Industry or applied business experience (preferred)
