Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

SummaryThe Business Development Officer (BDO), through business development will echo the company’s vision of building success through relationships. The BDO ensures a positive and service-oriented experience for clients, their referring parties, and Premier’s business partners. This position serves as a key role between Business Development and Onboarding, Trust Administration and other areas of the operation ensuring effective communication, accurate and complete information, and a smooth business process.
Interacts with internal and external clients on a regular basis to provide education about trust services, trust administration and the benefits of Premier Trust.
- Establish, grow and maintain effective relationships with potential clients and their referral sources, financial professionals and attorneys.
- Represent the company in various business development and industry related functions to further enhance the company’s image and develop additional business.
- Track pending items, maintain communication with clients and business partners, and follow up with onboarding staff to ensure all necessary information is provided in a timely manner for the trust to be properly onboarded.
- Act as a key client contact throughout the onboarding process to ensure seamless transition, as well as a point of escalation for exceptions to the process.
- Ensure that the business development/sales process is running efficiently; make regular recommendations to ensure the process is optimized.
- Create and give presentations to groups of anywhere from 2-200 about the benefits of trust services.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure communication about processes and associated timelines are reflected accurately in marketing materials and presentations.
- Prepare material, content and scripting for training and education of clients, associated referrals, and internal new hires.
- Participate in company meetings and provide updates to management and Premier Trust teams as necessary.
- Enter and maintain Salesforce business development data and produce reports of new business, management, and similar reports.
- Recommend improvements to workflow and processes on an ongoing basis.
- Manage staff as appropriate or as designated by the Director of Business Development:
- Develop and train staff in accordance with Premier Trust and Osaic guidelines.
- Set an example by reflecting corporate values and encouraging that from others.
- May be asked to create or edit marketing pieces and update collateral.
- Coordinate and conduct communication with prospects and business partners.
- Assist in planning and organizing conferences and events; includes presentation prep, materials needed, coordination of shipping, and reservations.
- Organize and maintain business development materials:
- Maintain and/or contribute toward corporate collateral.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned to assist in efforts toward the company goals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced.
- Comply and stay current with all applicable company policies, state laws and regulations.
