RECEPTIONIST skills and a positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping others. The successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
- Professional and positive attitude and appearance
- Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Willing to learn new things
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
We’re seeking a dependable team member to join our staff and help provide 24/7 support to our residents. This position is for the 5PM-10PM shift on Saturday and Sunday.
