Overview

Property Management Coordinator
Reno, NV (Onsite)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Extension Possibility: Yes
Conversion to FTE: Possible

Team & Work Environment

• Team Size: 3 members
• Primary Work Locations:
  • 50% at Museum Tower
  • 50% downtown Reno
  • 10% visiting properties (mileage reimbursed)
• Travel Requirements:
  • Properties located ~30 minutes north in Reno and ~30 minutes east in Sparks

• Provide routine services for departmental and financial activities
• Grant building access to visitors or staff
• Code invoices and perform heavy administrative tasks
• Draft notices
• Conduct property checks and site visits

• Attention to detail
• Critical thinking
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to draft notices

• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with property management software (MRI or Yardi)

• Experience:
  
  2–5 years in a related role
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Software Proficiency:
  Excel, MS Office, Adobe
