We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the COO, CFO and manage day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being a trusted partner to leadership, and is interested in growing with the company over time.
Job Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the COO and CFO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
- Manage office operations, including vendors, building management, supplies, food services, and front desk coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items
- Support employee onboarding, office setup, and general workplace needs
- Receive and distribute mail and packages; coordinate courier services
- Assist with special projects, company events, and team activities
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating complex travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
