Responsibilities
Willow Springs Center has an opening for a Receptionist.
The purpose of this position is to be the welcoming individual for visitors and guests when they come to the Center or call the facility. The Receptionist also engages in supportive clerical duties, including accepting and tracking packages, maintaining and creating reports as requested, preparing and tracking outgoing mail, completing check requests, and creating packets for new admissions.
Schedule8:00am-6:30pm FRI/SAT/SUN

- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience:
1-2 years of experience working in a receptionist capacity. - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements; understanding of general hospital operations; ability to understand and adhere to policies for patients; ability to establish rapport with families; ability to establish appropriate therapeutic boundaries; ability to accurately complete required paperwork in a timely manner; ability to answer phones; ability to utilize a personal computer and most programs in the Microsoft Suite.
