Typical Day

Helping others is what we do best, and you will see the impact of your work firsthand. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
  • Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
