Finance and Accounting Lead

A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Lead.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full billing cycle, including invoicing, client project setup, and billing reviews Oversee accounts receivable processes, including client collections and payment processing Handle payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment Solid understanding of core accounting functions such as billing, accounts receivable, and payroll Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or geographies Familiarity with international tax compliance and multi-currency accounting
