• Lead and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation across individual, corporate, partnership, estate, gift, and trust returns
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff accountants, supporting their growth and development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering timely, high‑quality service
• Oversee billing, budgets, and engagements, including consulting, review, and audit services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations while identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities

Base pay range: $135,000 – $165,000 per year. Additional benefits include employer‑paid health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
