Staff Accountant Peppermill & Western Village
• Reno, NV, US
The Staff Accountant is responsible for timely reporting of financial information to senior management and ownership along with analysis and reconciliation of the general ledger.
Duties:
- Analyze assigned balance sheet accounts and recommend corrections and adjustments to the controllers.
- Create assigned management reports in a timely manner.
- Review disbursements prior to ensure accuracy of Accounts Payable information and payments.
- Assist the Controller with analysis and special reporting when needed.
- Complete compliance audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
