As a Home Services Inspector, you’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations. By performing 360 inspections, you’ll solve problems and build trusted relationships.

• Sell products and services, achieving top wages, recognition, and annual award trips.
• Problem‑solve for customers, using training to recommend the best pest solutions.
• Prospect new business and assigned leads; supported by an advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and explain products to customers.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes; we train you on how to do this.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and answer questions.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company iPad.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• No experience required – we’ll train you.
• Consideration for all qualified applicants per federal, state, local laws.

• Use ladder within weight capacity.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
• Wear PPE; may require OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in different weather conditions.
