Senior BAS / DDC Programmer

Qualifications:

* - Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar field; relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience with DDC and HVAC systems, including independent programming.
- Proficient in BACnet system design, including IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks.
- Proven ability to work independently while effectively coordinating tasks on site.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging professionally with customers and partners.
- Competence in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Experience with server, workstation, laptop, Microsoft Office, and IP LAN/WAN systems.
- Ability to program complete DDC systems covering both air-side and water-side operations.
- Preferred experience with Schneider Continuum/Eco Struxure, Delta ORCAview/enteli

WEB, Niagara AX/N4, or Alerton Compass systems.
- Willingness to travel is advantageous but not essential.
