Join Surrey's Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and become part of a dedicated team committed to protecting children and supporting families through collaborative, trauma-informed practice.

As a MASH Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding children by assessing risk, gathering and analysing information from partner agencies, and making timely, informed decisions. You'll contribute to strategy discussions, manage a varied caseload, and ensure every child receives the right support at the right time.

We're seeking experienced, compassionate professionals who are confident in their decision-making and committed to working collaboratively. You'll need:

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
• Experience in child protection and statutory safeguarding work
• Strong assessment, analysis, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Sound understanding of safeguarding legislation, child development, and trauma-informed approaches
