General Practice Surveyor Commercial and Residential Surrey (Dorking and Reigate) Salary up to £55,000 plus benefits The Opportunity Our client is a well established and highly regarded independent property practice based in Surrey. With a strong reputation across commercial and residential property, the business provides a full range of professional services including property management, agency, lease advisory and valuations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a friendly and professional team with very low staff turnover and a supportive working culture.

The role offers a varied workload across Surrey, Sussex and Kent, with long term progression and autonomy. Working Arrangement The role is primarily office based, with flexibility considered once both sides are confident in the arrangement. Initial onboarding: full time office presence for the first 3 months Hybrid working may be possible thereafter, with up to 1 day from home (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) Offices are based in Dorking and Reigate, with a dedicated workspace provided Site visits and client appointments will involve working between both locations

Key Responsibilities
