Data Protection Specialist

Location:

Reigate (Or London) - Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

This FTSE 250 Financial Services Company, specializing in Retirement Solutions, is seeking a Data Process Specialist to manage and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in line with GDPR and data protection regulations
. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, protecting individuals' data rights, and mitigating privacy risks.

• Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills, and subject-matter expertise
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to various audiences
• Ability to inspire trust, influence others, promote collaboration, and motivate
• Ability to succeed in an influence-based role
• High self-motivation, self-discipline, and enthusiasm to succeed
• Strong delivery focus, organizational, and project management skills to coordinate plans and deliver on time and within budget

• Experience processing DSARs and DPIAs
• Relevant experience in data protection roles within financial services
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with diverse activities
