DC Research Analyst

Role Summary

WTW’s DC Research team is highly regarded within the industry, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract
. The position offers an excellent opportunity to support our research and consultants who advise some of the UK’s largest employers and most innovative Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.

• Reviewing and comparing DC pension products and services offered by insurance companies and investment managers.
• Prepare governance materials and draft reports sourcing data from the provider market.
• Assist the research team in gathering and refining our research and processes.
• Contribute ideas to enhance reporting and ensure alignment with UK pensions regulatory requirements.

• Ability to work from WTW’s Reigate office (2–3 days per week during training, reducing to 1 day mandatory thereafter).
• Work experience demonstrating strong Excel skills for checking and reporting using data submissions from third parties (e.g., reconciliation, lookups).
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint to present findings in a clear, client-friendly format.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to learning.

• A basic understanding of workplace pensions.
