• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment conducive to the holistic development of young learners.
• Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to education.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive and respectful classroom environment.
