Our vibrant and inclusive school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist individual students and small groups with learning activities.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
- Supervise students during break times, outings, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and pupils.
- Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- A valid DBS check is required.
