42 weeks (through January 2, 2027)

Shift Duration:
8-hour day shifts (occasional 10-hour shifts as needed)

Medical supervision (4–6 CRNAs and 1 MD per day)

110-bed community hospital
EMR:
Epic (Epic anesthesia documentation experience preferred)
Case Volume:
~4,900 cases/year — general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, GI
Call/Trauma/OB:

Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a CRNA; general anesthesia experience preferred
Current CRNA certification and ability to meet facility credentialing and privileging requirements
Proficiency in regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks: adductor canal, TAP, interscalene, supraclavicular, popliteal
Comfortable with Epic EMR documentation and perioperative anesthesia workflows
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care
Willingness to work both 8-hour and occasional 10-hour shifts as scheduled
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality general and regional anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases (CRNA responsibilities, perioperative anesthesia)
Perform ultrasound-guided and landmark-based regional nerve blocks for perioperative pain management
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Monitor patients intraoperatively, manage emergence, and provide post-anesthesia care
Document all care accurately in Epic EMR and adhere to clinical protocols
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, nursing, and perioperative teams in a medical supervision model
Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, infection control, and institutional policies
