About the Opportunity

Join a growing food manufacturing facility where maintenance plays a critical role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on role for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working with automated equipment, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

Equipment & Facility Maintenance
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems to support daily operations
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-related issues to minimize downtime
Reliability & Improvement
  • Analyze equipment failures, design issues, and operational challenges to prevent repeat breakdowns
  • Identify parts requirements, recommend replacements, and support spare parts management
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout, OSHA standards, refrigeration safety, and food safety programs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and fellow Maintenance Technicians to support plant performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
    (Technical or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance preferred)
  • 2-5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics
    • Electrical systems and basic PLC controls
    • Power transmission equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently and under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
Nice to Have
  • Forklift certification or experience
  • HAZMAT handling experience
  • Sanitary welding experience (food or beverage manufacturing)
