The responsibility of the die cutter position is to safely and efficiently produce lid stock per client specifications and requirements.

• Follow all Company policies and procedures related to safety, maintaining the highest safety standards by wearing proper PPE.
• Perform tasks within acceptable limits for quality, quantity, sanitation, and timeliness of completion, paying particular attention to prevent and eliminate costly errors.
• Meet Company attendance requirements, including timely reporting of absences and working overtime as requested.
• Operate die‑cut machines.
• Perform basic operator preventive maintenance on machines and/or tools.
• Check and inspect material received from prior operations to verify accuracy and conformance to specifications on Sales Order Form.
• Stage own materials for packing finished die‑cut material.
• Keep die‑cut parts in registration and complete quality forms.
• Comply with sanitation guidelines and good manufacturing practices related to neatness, product cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area in accordance with 5S standards by cleaning spills and disposing of trash on a timely basis.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and instruction to learn other job tasks.
• Comply with Company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

• Must possess strong working knowledge of die‑cut machines.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

• 0–1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School education or equivalent.

• Daily contact with maintenance workers, shift supervisor, production employees, and production planners.

• Limit exposure to external contacts.

• Die cutter is responsible for safely producing quality materials that meet the expectations and demands of our customers.

• The position requires an employee to stand and walk for an extended period of time, with exposure to moderate noise levels and potential hazardous materials.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 55 lbs and must adhere to PPE and GMP requirements.
