Ace Handyman Services (backed by Ace Hardware) is hiring a senior-level craftsman for full-time field work.
This is for a professional who is excellent at his trade but ready to stop running his own business.
You handle:
- Showing up on time
- Communicating clearly
- Producing clean, professional work
- Marketing
- Scheduling
- Estimating support
- Invoicing & collections
- Compliance & admin
- You are running your own business on the side.
- You disappear during busy season.
- You need constant direction.
- You are late, disorganized, or casual about standards.
- You have 20+ years of real hands-on experience.
- You can complete jobs independently without hand-holding.
- You take pride in clean job sites and tight workmanship.
- You communicate professionally with homeowners.
- You want steady Monday–Friday work without chasing jobs.
Carpentry

Must have:
- Truck or van
