Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.

• Responsible for meeting sales goals and measures
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
• Support in-store event sourcing and execution
• Ensure the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” by hosting the party
• Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
• Ensure the customer wish list is always current and notify customers when product arrives
• Assists with training new associates
• Help foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment
• Help recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams
• Support store and team-building activities with the management team
• Maintain loss prevention awareness at all times
• Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Help maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Contribute to weekly product feedback
