As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a “Product Specialist,” providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and supporting store operations. This entry‑level retail role includes cashier duties, product knowledge, and flexible scheduling.

Starting rate: $15.50 – $16.44 per hour

• Engage customers, provide personalized product advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking, and managing merchandise. This involves lifting up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift.
• Process cash transactions accurately and leave customers with a great final impression.
• Stay updated on Skechers products and share product details.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

• Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level role.
• Driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.
