Jockey International, Inc. invites an energetic Sales Lead to join our Rehoboth Beach location to provide excellent customer service, achieve store goals, and manage opening/closing duties.

• Demonstrate Jockey’s core values and maintain high productivity.
• Establish positive relationships with co‑workers and guests.
• Provide feedback, coaching and direction to the store team.
• Offer warm greetings, current promotions and suggestive selling.
• Identify guest needs, use product knowledge to offer solutions.
• Promote company programs and Jockey Rewards® membership.
• Drive store sales, goals, and profitability.
• Handle sales and register transactions.
• Act as Manager on Duty when store management is absent.
• Assist merchandising in stock, markdowns, and visual standards.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other company assets.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Perform other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• One year of management experience.
• Three years of retail or customer service experience with a passion for guest service.

• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, with repetitive bending, twisting, and ladder use.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
