Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 USD per hour

You are a flexible individual comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. You support front‑house and back‑house operations, bring resourcefulness, collaboration, high motivation, and efficiency with a sense of humor.

The typical day involves acting as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, executing policies, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to maintain smooth store operations.

• One‑to‑two years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑drive retail environment; stock experience a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Physical capability: lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
