Position Overview

Sales Associate, part‑time, at Cole Haan in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Supports all in‑store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets while providing a positive shopping experience.

• Deliver financial results: drive growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.
• Assist management in all in‑store activities to help drive profitability.
• Build a dedicated and good‑natured team: support a positive store environment and be a dedicated Cole Haan employee.
• Create a culture of customer obsession: deliver extraordinary customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.
• Deliver operational consistency: follow all operational objectives related to loss prevention, health, and safety; support store operational consistency by following Cole Haan policies and procedures.

• Part‑time position.
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Contribute positively by working effectively with others in a team‑oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Able to operate POS systems and have professional phone skills.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, stand for extended periods of time, and repetitively use upper extremities.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
