AE – Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Role Overview:
As the Merchandising Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring your store always rocks AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates and keep the store "guest ready" through replenishment.

• Drive outstanding guest experience, ensuring store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Execute killer Floorset by training and coaching Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals and ensuring all store areas are executed to Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, spotting merchandising opportunities and gaming plan with leadership.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards for merchandising, adjustments and replenishment so store looks fresh.
• Champion guest experience and culture of recognition, celebrating wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards on Sales floor and Stockroom, adhere to shrink strategies and AEO policies.

• Passion for AE products and retail merchandising.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, priority setting and time management.
• Flexible availability early morning, late evening and weekends.
• Retail merchandising experience; strong visual skills.
