MANAGER ONCOLOGY NURSING AND RESEARCH – BEEBE TUNNELL CANCER CENTER

Join Beebe Healthcare’s team as a Manager of Oncology Nursing and Research at the Tunnell Cancer Center. This role plans, organizes, and implements oncology nursing services across medical oncology, radiation oncology, triage, and infusion departments. It also manages the clinical research program and collaborates with the Principal Investigator on study protocols, fiscal management, performance improvement, and compliance. The position leads nursing staff, clinical care assistants and is part of the management team.

• Lead and evaluate the nursing team.
• Develop assessment and prioritization processes.
• Ensure skill proficiency among staff.
• Manage the research program, including budget processes, tracking volumes and revenue, and preparing required reports.
• Oversee clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery in all areas of the Center.

• Minimum of five (5) years strong oncology nursing experience.
• Experience with chemotherapy administration, clinical trials and community education programs preferred.
• Excellent knowledge and skills in oncology nursing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in hospital or acute care settings.
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Capacity to manage crisis situations.
• Customer service skills for patients, team members, and visitors.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Magnet Recognition)
• RN Diploma or RN Graduate Program

Minimum: USD $95,888.00 per year.

Maximum: USD $ per year.
