We are looking for hard-working, service-minded individuals.

The Warehouse/Delivery personnel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations at the Floor Coverings International. This role ensures that inventory is properly received, organized, and distributed to meet the needs of customer orders and installation projects. The Warehouse/Delivery personnel plays a critical role in maintaining efficient warehouse processes and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse:

Daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and distributing flooring materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits.

Organize materials for customer orders and installation projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.

Delievry and Pick up of products

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Team :

Communicate effectively with the Production Manager, Site supervisor and installation teams to coordinate material needs.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of flooring materials and warehouse operations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Forklift certification (preferred).

Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory software, etc.).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) regularly.

Comfortable working in warehouse environments.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
