We are looking for a Service Shift Mgr/Foreman (evening) to join our energetic dealership in Swift Current to oversee our evening PDI team. In this role you will manage, and direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & exceptional customer service. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will help deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

• Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency
• Motivate all employees through coaching/development
• Back up Service Business Mgr
• Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment
• Perform final approvals on equipment
• Exceptional customer service & follow up
• Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records
• Build effective team dynamics with all departments
• Encourage safe working habits

• Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics
• 5+ years doing complex repairs
• Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion
• Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays
• Valid drivers license
• Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent
• Expert knowledge of ag equipment
• Effectively use computers/systems
