At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for Entry Level Service Techs to join our dealership in Swift Current. We are adding Apprentice level 1, 2, or 3 techs in Ag or related field to work on our Heavy Ag repair, Set-Up, or Turf equipment. Afternoon shift 1pm-10pm M-F. $5/hr premium for qualifying shifts.

Our Apprentices participate in on-the-job training & deliver exceptional service to customers by repairing/maintaining ag & turf equipment. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

• Inspect, repair, service ag equipment
• Use specialized tools, cutting edge tech & innovative solutions to complete repairs
• Preventative maintenance on equipment/components
• Gain knowledge of John Deere ag products
• Use some diagnostic tools & computer functions
• Attend & participate in:
  Apprenticeship training, John Deere University training, dealer-led training to develop skills & technical capabilities

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn & succeed
• Mechanically minded, experience with service repairs/maintenance
• May currently be an Apprentice in a mechanical field or have the drive to become an apprentice
• Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere & competitive products an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
