What you will do
As Sales Representative, for Stryker’s Sage portfolio, you willbe responsible forplanning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians to obtain maximum profitability. You will set strategy and tactical plans for your territory, and work to become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable and contributing member of the Stryker Medical team as we work together to support Stryker’s Mission and Values.
Educates and informs nurses, nursing leadership, andappropriate staffpersonnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products
Directsproduct evaluations.
Solves product problems for customers inan expeditiousfashion
Managing andmaintaininga sample of inventory of products
Maintain and protect the current base of business ensuring the current business is intact, guarding major accounts and building andmaintaininga strong working relationship in the territory
Grow sales to surpass the previous year’s growth. Sales growth should include all product lines. Additionally, develop Corporate Account and GPO sales activity
Administrative dutiesinclude:
Weekly sales calls and feedback reports to the Regional Manager; provide various monthly,quarterlyand annual reports as requested
Organize and planutilizing
Salesforce
Develop extensive product,competitorand market knowledge
What you need
Required:
University Degree
3+ yearsoutsidesales experience
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Must have a valid driver’s license
